so the show on the 5th at club cafe went reasonably well.  we debuted yet another new member, shing ee tan, who plays keys and guitar. the only problem was that andrea didn’t dance enough. i realize i told people to come see the show to see her dance, but the stage was rather crowded. who’s idea was it to have so many instruments onstage anyways?

for those who can’t make our next show at howlers on the 22nd (i think), fret not. they have a sound tech for sunday shows who records quite professionally, so if we can manage to play the songs reasonably well enough we’ll be posting some live versions of songs. enjoy some crabapples:

ok, so i thought that weezer had hit an all-time low with “beverly hills.” apparently not. for those of you not aware already, weezer has a video floating around featuring jazz-lite suckface kenny g. go ahead, google it. i am unable to post the video or even a link because our band site would catch fire. that’s right, our site that exists only in cyberspace. burned to the ground.

if you actually had the nerve to go ahead and find that, here’s a little something to clear your brain. the new flaming lips took a little while to warm up to, but i’m definitely enjoying it. here they are getting all stoner-rock.
